COED CAMPERS
Coed Campers are 8-14 yrs. of age as of December 31, 2017. Children are placed according to age in groups of 14-15 campers with three counsellors directly responsible for their well-being. All staff is trained prior to camp. Most of the staff has come through the Counsellor-in-Training Program and has extensive camp experience.
Scheduled Programming
Crafts, Canoeing, Swimming, Initiatives, Rock Wall Climbing, Activity with the Chaplain & Cabin Programming. Archery & High Ropes are also scheduled for campers born in 2003 or earlier.
Additional Activities
Music, Hiking, a Special Event Day, Dance, Theme Meals, Field Games, Overnight, Campfire Programs, Vespers and Sunday Service in the woods.
2017 Coed Camp Dates:
Coed 1 July 1 - 8 (Saturday - Saturday)
Coed 2 July 8 - 15 (Saturday - Saturday)
Coed 3 July 19 - 26 (Wednesday - Wednesday)
Coed 4 July 26 - August 2 (Wednesday - Wednesday)
Coed 5 Aug. 5 - 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Coed 6 Aug. 12 - 19 (Saturday - Saturday)
Coed 7 Aug. 22 - 29 (Tuesday - Tuesday)
Maximum of 2 weeks per child. Limit of one cabin mate request per child.

2016 TADPOLE DATES
Tadpole Camp is designed for first time campers 7-8 years of age as of December 31, 2017.
Session 1 – Sunday, July 23th – Wednesday, July 26th
Session 2 – Wednesday, August 16th – Saturday, August 19th
Arrival Time: 4 p.m.
Departure Time: 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Registration Fee:
$250 ($221.24 + $28.76 H.S.T. CAD)

2016 JUNIOR CAMP DATES
Junior Campers are 9-11 years of age as of December 31, 2016.
Session 1 – Wednesday, July 19th – Sunday, July 23rd
Session 2 – Saturday, August 12th – Wednesday, August 16th
Arrival Time: 4 p.m.
Departure Time: 9:30-10:30 a.m.

COUNSELLOR-IN-TRAINING
A Counsellor-in-Training (C.I.T.) is:
- 15-16 yrs. of age as of December 31, 2017.
- Genuinely interested in Children and Camping.
- Energetic, Positive, Caring and Motivated to Learn.
- Interested in Developing Solid Leadership Skills.
The C.I.T. Program is a 2-week leadership session. It is directed by two highly qualified Directors with extensive Christian camp experience. The first week is generally devoted to sessions involving parenting skills, communication, camp operation, program development and discussion of faith. The second week of training is the practical application of counselling children.
A major part of the C.I.T. program is devoted to Bronze Medallion swim training. The intense structure of the water program plays a part in the character building of a well-rounded Counsellor-in- Training.
Application Process:
Send the enclosed registration form to camp - but do not send payment. All applicants are expected to attend the Interview Day - Saturday, May 27th – 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m..
Planned activities will help the C.I.T. Directors select candidates who most exhibit the skills, knowledge, attitude and leadership potential relevant to the Q.M.L. philosophy.
Come dressed for outdoor activities. Lunch will be provided. All applicants will be notified by mail as to whether or not they have been accepted to the program. The Registration Fee will be paid at that time.
C.I.T. Session Dates
Session 1 - July 1 - July 15 (Saturday to Saturday)
Session 2 - July 19 - August 2 (Wednesday to Wednesday)
Session 3 - August 5 - 19 (Saturday to Saturday)
Session participants are selected very carefully and candidates must be flexible about the session date they are allocated to.
