3/4 Time Position
Position begins April 4, 2016
Camp Quin-Mo-Lac is currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Office Administrator. This position will be responsible for processing camper registrations, staff applications, donations, rentals, documents, and record management. It includes filing grant applications, report writing, web/social media updates, handling money, processing transactions and ordering food and other supplies. This individual will be responsible to the Camp Director and work closely with the Board Treasurer.
The successful candidate must have a minimum post-secondary education and 2 years of experience in an office setting. Must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access & Outlook), and capable of learning new software. Please indicate if you have experience with CampBrain software. Must be organized, process oriented, self-starting and flexible with hours in the summer season. Must have a positive attitude and clear verbal and written communication skills for phone and email customer service.
